How Teams Win with Voicemail Drops

Warm-up Without the Cold Call

Drop a tailored voicemail after a sequence of touchpoints to re-ignite interest — a human voice increases reply rates and opens doors for a follow-up call.

Move Conversations Forwards

Send a concise, persuasive next-step voicemail to decision makers when calls go to voicemail: it’s a higher-trust nudge than an email.

Where can I send Voicemail Drops?

Ringless voicemails are currently supported for recipients in the US and Canada only.

What number types are supported?

Mobile numbers work well. Landlines with carrier voicemail may accept voicemails, but many PBX or VoIP numbers (like Google Voice or virtual PBX systems) are not supported. If a landline lacks voicemail or uses an unsupported PBX, RVM delivery won’t be reliable.

How do Voicemail Drops credits and limits work?

Your workspace gains extra Voicemail credits each billing period. Each voicemail uses one Voicemail credit. Daily caps and a frequency rule (max 3 voicemails to the same number within 3 days) help protect deliverability. The maximum number you can send per day from your connected account is 70.

How do I buy a number for sending voicemails?

Go to Resources → Voicemails → Buy Number, choose country/state/area and quantity, then set a forwarding number (where prospects will call back). Proceed to checkout to complete the purchase.

Can I edit or delete purchased numbers?

Yes — find them under Resources → Voicemails → Numbers, where you can edit names and forwarding numbers or delete voicemail numbers. Note: deleted numbers are non-refundable and cannot be reactivated.
