We’re live on Product Hunt
Support usPaste a cold email subject and body to check it for common spam-trigger words, too many links, ALL CAPS, exclamation marks, length and personalization tokens. You get a simple score and a list of fixes. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you paste is sent anywhere or saved.
Checks update as you type. No sign-up, no data stored.
Paste a subject and body on the left, or load the example to see how the checker works.
The checker runs a set of rules over your text in the browser. Each rule that fails takes points off a starting score of 100.
Looks for phrases that deliverability guides commonly list as spammy, such as “act now”, “100% free”, “click here” and “guaranteed”. Hits in the subject line cost more.
Counts URLs. One link is fine, two is a warning and three or more is flagged. A link in the subject line is always flagged.
Flags shouted words and all-caps subject lines. Normal business acronyms like CEO, CRM, SDR and B2B are ignored.
Any exclamation mark in the subject, stacked marks like “!!”, or more than two in the body are flagged.
Checks the subject is present and not too long for mobile, and that the body sits in a readable range for a first touch.
Finds merge tags like {{first_name}}, {company} or [First Name], and catches broken ones like {{first_name} before they reach a prospect.
The score is a writing check, not a deliverability test. Inbox placement also depends on your domain and mailbox setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending volume, list quality and how recipients engage, none of which this page can see.
