Pricing: what you actually pay
Reply.io has three groups of plans, and most prices change with how many active contacts you reach each month. An active contact is a unique person who gets a first email in a month; follow-ups to them are unlimited.
- Email Volume: from $49 per user per month billed annually, or $59 monthly, for 1,000 active contacts. It rises with volume, for example $159 a month billed annually for 10,000 active contacts. LinkedIn automation costs $69 per account per month extra, and calls and SMS cost $29 per account per month.
- Multichannel: from $89 per user per month billed annually, or $99 monthly, with email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS on a paid subscription and unlimited active contacts.
- Jason AI SDR: Starter from $500 a month billed annually, or $800 monthly, for 1,000 active contacts. Growth is $1,500 to $3,000 a month billed annually, and Enterprise is quoted on request.
- Agencies: Agency Core from $210 a month and Agency AI SDR from $500 a month per client. White label is listed as an option without a published price.
Buzz keeps it to three options:
- Core: $79 per seat per month, billed monthly. Includes LinkedIn and email outreach, phone calling, voicemail drops, CRM integrations and AI message drafting.
- AI Employee: custom priced, so you talk to sales.
- White Label: $1,000 a month for 20 seats, billed annually. See Buzz white label.
Bottom line on price: Reply.io's cheapest plan is lower than Buzz Core if you only send email, but once you add one LinkedIn account and calling to Email Volume you pay $69 plus $29 a month on top of the base price, and Multichannel starts at $89 billed annually. Buzz Core includes all three channels for $79 a month with no annual contract. For a full cost breakdown of AI outbound, read how much an AI SDR costs.
Channels: email, LinkedIn and calls
Reply.io started as a cold email tool and is strongest there: unlimited mailboxes on Email Volume under a fair usage policy, warm-up included with every mailbox, and a deliverability suite. LinkedIn steps (connection requests, messages, InMails and voice messages) and a built-in dialer with SMS come as add-ons on Email Volume or inside the Multichannel plan. WhatsApp is semi-automated on Multichannel.
Buzz includes email, LinkedIn and calls from the first paid seat, and the AI Employee can run those steps for you. That matters because email-only outreach tends to stall as inboxes get stricter. Our guide on why email-only AI SDRs stall explains why, and how to build one LinkedIn and email sequence shows how to set it up.
AI: who does the work
Reply.io offers AI in two ways. Inside the regular plans, AI helps you build sequences, write icebreakers and personalized first emails, and sort replies. Jason, its AI SDR, is a separate plan: Reply.io says it builds your ideal customer profile, finds prospects in real time, writes sequences, handles responses and books meetings, with autopilot and copilot modes.
Buzz's AI Employee runs outbound for you. It learns your business, finds prospects that match your ideal customer profile, builds campaigns across LinkedIn and email, handles replies and objections, follows up when people go quiet, and books meetings in Calendly.
